​What does the PTO do to help enrich our children’s lives at school?
• Provide cultural art assemblies, such as, Honest Abe, School House Rock and Victor Pacini.
• Provide enrichment materials for the library, technology and parents.
• Provide author visits, such as, David Adler and Tom Lichtenheld.
• Provide support for Jr. Great Books program.
• Provide social events, like Roller Skating, Movie Night, Family Night, Bingo, Ice Cream Social, and Fun and Fitness Day.
• Provide necessary equipment that the district does not provide, including extra art boards, music books, library updates and busing for field trips.

​What can you do? 
• Gather a friend or two or three… and take over an event. Without support an event doesn’t happen.
• Gather a friend or two or three… and volunteer for an event.
• Contact someone on the Board and ask where you can help. Every person makes a difference.
• Many things can be done from home.
• There are people and materials available for support.
• Feel great about being a part of enhancing your child’s school experience.
• Support fundraising efforts.
• Come to PTO meetings.

• Become a PTO board member.
